Immediate Medical Attention

I have created a simple form to notify medical staff of your conditions, that you can carry with and use in case of emergency. You can list your conditions, treatments and medications and inform healthcare professionals of your doctors contact details and next of kin. It's a handy little tool and can help in an emergency.

A Mexican's Ode to a Thyroid

Why you no work

Are you to good, you fleshy jerk

I pay you good with Taco and Burrito

But you do nothing all day, you just sitto

You near my voice box so I have a sing,

My best Frank Sinatra and you do nothing

I sunbathe a little to give you a boost

I even tried to lay off Tequila, My favourite Juice!

You sit in my neck with your

sh~#tty attitude

You a bum, You just plain rude

A freeloading hitchhiker without a Peso

Look at my body, you make it a messo

Diabetic Rick

Everybody likes to eat sweets, especially Rick,

But his Doc told him to stop, before he went pop

Because he had become Diabetic

Rick was really sad he couldn’t eat his favourite sweeties,

He was down in the dumps, when he looked at needles and pumps

And he thought “Screw you Diabetes”

He carried with on his normal life, going out and get boozy,

Eating chips and kebabs, never doing his jabs

Laying on the bathroom floor, feeling woozy

After playing footy in the sun, he downed a gallon of cola,

It didn’t quench his thirst, in fact it made it worse

He thought he’d contracted Ebola

He did things his own way, ignoring the advice of the doctor and the nurse,

He didn’t take his insulin, he threw the whole lot in the bin

And took his final journey in a hearse
